Re: The Cummings Interview
I laughed when Cummings said that he didn't talk about the security issues when he was in the Rose Garden explaining his Durham antics. Like it was his decision!

The first rule of security is that no one talks about it publicly. He was under strict instructions to never talk about it. No doubt he still is.

He's a smug bullshitter who just does what he's told. Boris used him up and spat him out.

Re: The Cummings Interview
If Boris was a complete incompetent, whoever runs the Bullingdon Club (or whatever it's called) would have placed him into a harmless siding (or parking orbit) years ago.

He clearly has use but his time is limited (again I thing Covid gave him time in office that was deemed to be for someone else).

"They" may be using/employing Cummings to set up a situation whereby Boris has no option but to go, and this is something even Princess Nut-Nut can't fuck a solution out of - they're both history.

Who we get in replacement will be somebody so shell-shocked compliant that they needn't actually hold the post at all, for all the good it offers the nation.

No party leader would have shut our borders early enough for fear of being racist.

We are in the realms of can't do wrong for right with the way our country is set up. Financial centre with a massive multicultural society....who takes priority? By the time you make best decision that means the least amount of flack from the media we are fucked.

Any of our governments spend too much time doing damage limitation exercises instead of reacting quickly to the situation at hand at the time.

The only reason we got the vaccine situation right was because we could react as a single entity from the EU and no media outlet was going to cane them for it.

Block - The only Tory who isn't dysfunctional is Rishi Sunak, he must look at Johnson, Hancock, Williamson, Patel etc and think what the fuck am I doing working with a bunch of fucking morons??

Jersey, the Tories have been dysfunctional ever since Cameron left and May took over.

Absolute shambles.

Re: The Cummings Interview
I quite like Cummins, he communicates well and gets his point across! He's either a psychopathic liar or he's giving us a fascinating insight as to how dysfunctional the government under Boris Johnson is. He's made fuck up after fuck up, particularly not closing the borders or imposing lockdown quickly enough however the pharmaceutical companies and the vaccine roll out has saved him, which you have got to give him credit for. He has nearly fucked that up as well though, by failing to close the border with India earlier as a consequence the delta variant is rampant and accounts for nearly all of the infections now.

Re: The Cummings Interview
Cummings said that he talked about getting rid of Boris within days of the election. Showing off that he was so powerful.

What actually happened is that Boris sacked Cummings.

So who's the powerful one, eh?

Re: The Cummings Interview
Boris can’t be that stupid he holds more power than any PM for decades and shags with abandon. Not denying he’s a buffoon but I think he might be intelligent on a macro scale.

Re: The Cummings Interview
The thing is like it or not any party would have fucked this dealing with the pandemic up in differing ways and ways that are typical to each parties way of thinking. Cummings the sly cunt advisor has realised now by being at a distance from this whole situation there will be a shit storm from the media as their existence survives these days on demoralising anything that breeds news in order to get continual good ratings.....another business another load of university career driven cunts.

He's a PR man and he is on a damage limitation exercise........put it this way he would have advised Corbyn completely differently to how the Labour Party works for it's members.......

......Party politics fucks us AGAIN.

Re: The Cummings Interview
When I did agency, the amount of landlords who rented their properties out via the council who then had to evict tenants because the money was paid to them first before the landlord, instead of being paid directly from the council was a fair amount.

Most of the tenants spent the money on fags, drugs, booze etc.

Re: The Cummings Interview
No Block not moaning, just stating the fact that they are the ones getting the benefit out of housing benefit if you.look at it over the long term. It's not the claimants themselves, they get no cash as it goes to.tbe landlord (or should do)

No wonder he said you're thick. A tenant might not get the cash, but they get the value of the rent paid on their behalf. In your view, a tenant who gets the cash but has to personally pay it over would be better off than one who's rent is paid directly to the landlord — utter nonsense.

Chim, but he did lie.

The amount of people who died from those being released from hospital back into care homes is about 1.8%.

He's already been slapped down on that.

Boris all day long. He plays the buffoon but wins the game.

Cummings loves himself but is a clever dick loser.

No one likes a clever dick.

Cummings is like Harry Kane. It doesn't matter how many goals you score if you end up on the losing side.

He's gone from being a total cunt to an absolute hero in an amazingly short time as far as I am concerned.

Yes, he's an entitled idiot who thinks the rules don't apply to him (which is why the albino honey monster liked him so much to begin with) but he's now sitting there with his head in his hands thinking 'what the fuck have I done'?

I like people who can admit that they were wrong, especially when it comes to untold old people dying.

Good on him.
